Community rallies for HeartTalks CIC for Fun Day Event.
THE BIG KICKABOUT FUNDAY + Fundraiser Sunday 31st August | Radstock Town Football Club & Southfields Recreational Ground, Radstock.
RADSTOCK A family-friendly community event is set to take place on Sunday, 31st August at Radstock Town Football Club and Southfields, bringing together local residents, families, and supporters for a day of fun, football, and fundraising.
The event, named THE BIG KICKABOUT FUNDAY, is a joint effort between HeartTalks CIC and Dan’s Ice Creams aimed at raising awareness and funds to support those affected by babyloss.
The day will feature a wide range of activities, including inflatables, face painting, stalls, games, and a special appearance by beloved mascot Stitch. One of the main attractions will be the Big Family Kickabout, inviting families and children of all ages to take part in casual football games and outdoor fun. Attendees will also be treated to a selection of treats, with Dan’s Ice Creams, cake & sweet stalls throughout the day.
Funds raised during the event will go towards covering HeartTalks CIC's operational costs and supporting the distribution of care packs to bereaved families. These care packs are a core part of the organisation’s mission to provide emotional and practical support during times of loss
HeartTalks would like to offer gratitude to Dan, of Dan’s Ice Cream, for his generous support in helping to organise the day and secure contributions from local suppliers. Thanks also extended to Radstock Town Football Club for offering their grounds as the venue.
